and processes.
MSC will
manage the entire workplace investigation and will carry out the following:- Scope
of the investigation and agree the Terms of Reference Agree timescales Read existing documents and evidence Gather new documentary & other evidence Obtaining written signed witness statements Interview those subject
of the allegations Submit a detailed report of findings Present the allegations and findings at subsequent Disciplinary/Capability
hearings Attend follow up meetings with management about any organisational issues that may have arisen from the investigation
MSC can be relied upon to carry out the discipline investigation from start to finish with as little disruption to
your organisation as possible. All enquiries are made discretely always respecting the feeling of those involved.
